Automatic Jam Production Line

Juice which is concentrated during off season is used as the raw material of Jam Production Line. The raw material is needed to mix with Sugar, salt, drinkable water and starch. The water used for mixing the raw materials is under going the process of reverse osmosis in a RO water system.  The amount of the concentration of raw materials needed to add to produce Jam is controlled by a electromagnetic flow meter. The juice product from the trolley, RO water and other raw materials goes to a mixing tank.



The thoroughly mixed raw materials then undergoes Homogenizing. The machine used for Homogenizing is called Homogenizer. The homogeneous mixture resulted from the Homogenizer undergoes the process of Degassing, which will removes all the solvents. Jam sterilizing machine is the next part of the process. Tabular Sterilizers used for sterilizing the Jam.  During this process the jam is going through a pasteurizer and its temperature is set to 85/95 degree.



Aseptic filling machine used in the next stage of manufacturing and the filling machine includes bottle washing, filling and spiral covering and cover tightening.
Following the filling process water type pasteurizing, drying the bottles/ bags,  light inspection for detecting if there any foreign matters in the container. The final process is tagging and coding
